Cal Competitive Valorant
Goal: Establishing a community for the competitive Valorant scene at UC Berkeley.
My role: I was involved as a coordinator and the the production of competitive Esports teams. I managed and recruited 8 staff members. I also coordinated 40+ players into 5 competitive teams. I prioritized deadlines and solved internal conflicts.

Goal: Working with youths and advocating health and fitness.
My role: I worked part-time as a childcare aide. I worked with youths and led fun summertime activities. I organized activities along with my co-lead to ensure safety and entertainment.
